Job Description
As an Associate/Senior Associate, Store Keeper, you will be based in one of the 26 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHI) in Singapore, responsible for the logistics support and inventory control within the PHI. Working in a team, you will receive and distribute inventory items, and ensure inventory accountability and accuracy in the system. You will also communicate closely with PHI partners to support the day-to-day operations for patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a team to support the receiving of deliveries, putting away to storage supplies, picking of supplies for distribution and processing of condemn return items from users
- Ensure supplies are fulfilled in hospital and perform daily housekeeping for the inventories
- Generate reports for inventory related information
- Monitor and review trends, participate in inventory management for the department / hospital
- Perform accurate count during cycle count and stock take
- Assist in administrative and operational needs for day to day running of store activities
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' level or equivalent, with relevant store keeping experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic excel and inventory software and systems experience (eg SAP/WMS)
- Good physical ability to lift heavy items
