Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Service Ambassadors to ensure seamless daily operations
- Train the team to deliver proactive patient engagement to improve patient and visitor satisfaction
- Provide support to the hospital staff to executive the transformed experience
- Provide orientation and on-the-job training to synergise the team of Service Ambassador to enhance patients’ experience
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to transform patient experience
- Obtain results of voice of patient and staff and make suggestions for improvement
- Identify gaps that require volunteers support and work with the volunteer management team
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in any other relevant discipline
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
