Senior / Executive, Patient Experience Transformation (Service Ambassador Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Service Ambassadors to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Train the team to deliver proactive patient engagement to improve patient and visitor satisfaction
  • Provide support to the hospital staff to executive the transformed experience
  • Provide orientation and on-the-job training to synergise the team of Service Ambassador to enhance patients’ experience
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to transform patient experience
  • Obtain results of voice of patient and staff and make suggestions for improvement
  • Identify gaps that require volunteers support and work with the volunteer management team
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in any other relevant discipline
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
