Senior / Patient Service Associate, Radiography

Job Responsibilities

• Receives and greets patients who come for Radiological examinations.Register patient and prepares them for the appointment, ensuring all documents are in order.

• Bills patients and checks and collects payment

• Schedules appointments.Explains to patients instructions to follow for the appointment for simple and routine procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification
• Hospitality and frontline customer service experience will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
