Associate Psychologist

The successful candidate for the Associate Psychologist position will assist in providing psychological services within multi-disciplinary settings to adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured brief individual psychotherapy and counselling to patients with supervision from Clinical Psychologists. These patients may be those with mild psychological symptoms, stress management, insomnia, and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Administer and score independently for selected psychometric tests and psychological assessments; Assist in scoring & interpreting tests and writing reports within the required time-frame.
• Triage patients and liaise with community partners and external organisations on referral related matters; maintain the referral database to manage wait-time and patient appointment related matters.
• Assist and participate in conducting research; any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with at least 2nd Upper Honours.
• Able to perform independently, after basic on-job-training, and contribute to team activities such as projects.
• With a continuous learning mindset and able to adapt to changes and improvements.
• MS Computer Skills
