Executive, Office of Risk Management
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team working closely with clinicians and administrators. You will assist in data and trend analysis for hospital-wide risk sensing for the management. Your responsibility will include managing and preparation of dataset for respective stakeholders, support in data submissions to internal and external parties, and assist in the administration of the department’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) training and various workshop sessions. You will be required to work closely with various stakeholders to provide risk-perspective support to the incident reporting system.
In addition, you will provide secretariat support to department meetings and other administrative duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holders from a recognised university. Entry level graduates or Diploma holders with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience are also welcomed to apply
- Those with working experience in a healthcare environment would be advantageous
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good organisational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communications with good interpersonal skills
- Competent with MS Office tools: Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Candidate must have fully completed Covid 19 vaccinations
