Executive, Patient Experience Transformation (Volunteer Management)

Responsibilities:

• Train new volunteers to provide one-to-one guidance to the seniors on enrolment of
• Healthbuddy App and creation of Singpass account
• Provide volunteers with latest updates and know-hows to developments of digital
• services such as AppGuide and e-payments
• Observe and manage the operations of volunteers on the ground
• Observe patient queries / needs, utilize the information gathered to plan programmes
• with the volunteers in order to support the patients
• Sustain and expand CGH Volunteers
• Manage Friends of CGH (FoCGH) volunteer system, platform, and programs
• Prepare periodic reports as required and any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in healthcare / volunteer management will have an advantage
• Candidate must have fully completed Covid 19 vaccinations
