Job Description
You will be responsible for HR functions and services in the areas of business partnering, medical manpower requirements, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management for the Clinical Departments.
- Support and contribute to the design and implementation of key business decisions and projects through pro-active engagement with Clinical Leaders on all HR matters.
- Drive HR strategies and initiatives to support Departmental requirements in alignment within overall Hospital's strategy framework.
- Compile HR reports, key metrics and ratios in support of operational reviews and key business decisions.
- Support Clinical Leaders to identify workload projection, map out and prioritize annual medical manpower requirements, and monitor the manpower fill rates.
- Recruit qualified medical staff to support the operations and services
- Communicate, update and advise Clinicians on all HR policies, procedures, initiatives, issues and all HR-related matters.
- Support the administration of remuneration packages and benefit programs to ensure internal equity and compliance
- Support performance appraisal and management process to facilitate objective performance review, promotion and other career development programs.
Job Requirements
a. Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and additional diploma in HRM preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of HRBP experience required
