Nurse Clinician, Correctional Health

Job Description

The Nurse Clinician, Correctional Health, is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the client care activities and providing supervision and leadership, serving as the vital link between the vision of the organisation and the daily operations of the institutions in the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and cost-efficient client care.

Key Requirements

• A recognised Degree / Diploma in Nursing
• A recognised Advanced Diploma or its equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma in the specialty area
• Valid BCLS + AED Certification
• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably 7 years of experience in an acute care or correctional health setting and at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
• Good knowledge of regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccination
