Senior / Analyst, Performance Management

Job Description

Provide senior management with comprehensive overview of the performance of the various institution key indicators to facilitate decision making. The team collaborates with various stakeholders to provide analysis and support ideation of solutions to improve clinical quality outcomes. The team also plans to bring together a vibrant community to share relevant knowledge and skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, monitor, and analyse hospital priority indicators
• Predict and project performance trajectory
• Identify areas for improvement and work with clinical teams to follow through with plans to address any identified gaps
• Provide analysis support to clinical teams’ quality improvement projects or studies
• Support Healthier SG initiatives
• Plan and coordinate Community of Practice events and activities

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree / Bachelor Degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics Related
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience e.g. business analysis, public health compliance, publicity
• Curious and analytical, enjoy working with numbers
• Efficient and good at problem solving
• Self-driven, organised and good team player
• Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficient in R or Python; and Tableau preferred OR experience in other programming / BI tools; self-learners are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Clinical knowledge is an advantage
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
