In this role, you will provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Communications department in an efficient and timely manner. This includes setting up and coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation to support operational needs and reporting requirements, liaising with IT for the department's asset management, and securing IT hardware and software for staff.

You will track expenditure, support effective budget monitoring, and ensure that financial transactions and claims are processed accurately and promptly. You will support the department's procurement processes in accordance with the organisation's procurement practices and monitor EGH’s corporate gift inventory to ensure that adequate stock is  maintained to support events and engagements. You will also support the department in the planning and execution of projects and events and collaborate with teammates to ensure that they are well-coordinated and executed smoothly.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline with 2 years’ relevant experience or GCE N/Equivalent with 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Meticulous and pays attention to detail
