In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources Department, providing executive and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) while coordinating the department’s day-to-day administrative operations. Working closely with the HR leadership team and corporate stakeholders, you will support executive scheduling, coordinate meetings and departmental activities, and ensure the smooth administration of HR operations.

Your responsibilities will span executive support, departmental administration, budget coordination, procurement, recruitment administration, IT and system access coordination, and asset management. You will coordinate End User Portal requests, maintain HR departmental records including organisation charts and job description repositories, support recruitment and onboarding activities for HR staff, and liaise with Finance, Information Technology, Procurement and other corporate departments to facilitate operational requirements. The role also supports departmental projects, staff engagement activities and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the successful development of Eastern General Hospital.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Candidates with at least two year of relevant administrative, secretarial or office management experience will have an advantage
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives will be an advantage
  • Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or other HR systems will be an advantage
  • Meticulous, resourceful and customer-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment
