For this role, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Pro Tem Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a dynamic and evolving environment. The role supports the effective functioning of the CEO’s Office during the hospital’s start-up phase, including coordination of senior leadership activities, governance and committee processes, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
The incumbent will be required to manage complex schedules, handle sensitive and confidential matters, and support a wide range of executive and organisational activities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with a Private Secretarial Certificate or other relevant secretarial qualification
- At least 12 years of relevant experience providing secretarial or executive support to senior management or C-suite executives
- Experience in a healthcare, public sector, or start-up organisational environment will be an advantage
- Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and competing demands in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage professionally with senior management and key stakeholders, and to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team
