Job Description

·       Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients across diverse areas including Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Cardiopulmonary, Surgical, Neurology, and Geriatrics.

·       Deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes with your specialized knowledge and competencies.

·       Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver evidence-based clinical services.

·       Provide supervision and mentor junior staff.

·       Lead and train a team to deliver physiotherapy services in your specialised field.

·       Assist in the planning and development of clinical services and initiatives that enhance patient care and departmental effectiveness.

·       Coordinate manpower and allocate resources to ensure optimal team efficiency.

·       Be an active contributor to departmental and interdepartmental training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

 

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor/Masters/Doctoral Degree in Physiotherapy

·       Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is required

·       Good communication, interpersonal and patient handling skills, good teamwork and organisational skills preferred

·       Ability to speak more than 1 language or dialect preferred (to liaise with dialect speaking associates/patients)
