This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to establishing radiography services at EGH. You will independently perform routine and complex radiographic examinations across various imaging modalities, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge to modify protocols based on patient needs and clinical conditions. Your responsibilities will include championing safety culture, mentoring junior staff and students, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to service development. Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Radiography from recognized institutions with minimum 5 years' experience and demonstrated competencies, OR

  • Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years' experience and demonstrated competencies

  • Full or Restricted Registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

  • NEA R1 License

  • Advanced clinical knowledge in radiography practices

  • Strong patient care and communication skills

  • Experience in staff supervision and training

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

  • Commitment to quality improvement and innovation

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
