Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Planning, Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

You will drive EGH's strategy management function through the coordination of strategy development and corporate planning processes, performance management, enterprise risk management, and/ or organisational development initiatives. The role works closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders across EGH and the cluster to provide strategic insights, facilitate organisational planning and governance processes, support management reporting and decision-making, and strengthen organisational effectiveness in achieving EGH's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; with preference for those with a statistical or data analysis background
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated competency, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience in strategic planning and corporate affairs for a large company with multiple business/ service lines, with strong planning skills and budgeting knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Tableau as well as analytical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata or R will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with excellent planning and organisational capabilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
