In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resource operations for EGH during its critical nesting phase. You will collaborate closely with nesting institutions to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR services spanning recruitment and selection, pre-onboarding processes, manpower planning, budgeting, onboarding procedures, confirmation processes, and offboarding activities. Your responsibilities will also encompass probation monitoring, appointment processing, and manpower data reporting.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
  • Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations                                  
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required                                            
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
  • Resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
