In this position, you will support the development, review and implementation of effective strategies, policies, procedures and programmes related to compensation, benefits, performance management and promotion exercises. You will assist in the administration of various pay cycles which includes the annual Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Annual Wage Supplement Payment, salary pay review (if any) to eligible staff, as well as the annual performance exercise and promotion exercises.

 

Your responsibilities will include timely and accurate submission of data for competitive employee compensation plans and benefit programmes. You will also ensure promotions are adequately justified with the necessary criteria met and surfaced to the appropriate approval panel.

Job requirements
