We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the Development Lead in executing strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key organisational projects whilst developing expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-departmental coordination. In this role, you will prepare presentations to support strategic planning, monitor project milestones, support budget planning and resource allocation, while ensuring alignment across departments.

 

Your responsibilities will include organising and facilitating meetings to gather users’ input for operational requirements and coordinate specification collation across departments. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis and scenario modelling to support planning decisions and facilitate important stakeholder discussions. You will also provide meeting secretariat support with timely documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organisation.

 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably healthcare related or Diploma in any discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience 
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in service or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills, possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box
  • Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and growing organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
