Senior Executive (Future Health Systems), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office
The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing centred around each person. When operational, EGH will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services, covering emergency, acute and secondary care. EGH’s vision is to be a hospital for the community and a great workplace for staff. It seeks to do so by harnessing innovative technologies in patient care, journeying closely with patients and the community to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, and being an employer of choice that empowers staff in their careers.
In this role, you will support the EGH Development Secretariat and Programme Office in coordinating and managing the EGH Campus Project. Your responsibilities will include consolidating user requirements, facilitating business case analysis, and applying project planning methodologies and technologies to ensure effective execution. You will work across diverse domains such as care delivery models, patient journey design, and workflow optimization for hospital services.
You will play an active role in planning and implementing new care models and innovation initiatives across the campus. This includes coordinating project meetings and workshops, supporting proof-of-concept trials and pilot projects, and organising stakeholder engagements with both internal and external partners. You will assist with patient journey mapping exercises, collect and process data for analysis to support decision-making, and prepare presentation materials for various stakeholders. You will also provide secretariat support and assist the Head of Department in knowledge management and archiving.
