In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the administration and management of healthcare scholarships and sponsorships matters for EGH.  This includes liaising with multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, monitoring bond obligations, and ensuring compliance with established policies, processes, and funding sources.  You will also support reporting, data analysis, and manpower development initiatives, working closely with SingHealth HQ to ensure alignment with cluster-wide HR policies.  As part of a new hospital start-up, you will gain valuable exposure to institution-building and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to developing a dynamic and skilled workforce that aligns with EGH’s values and strategic objectives. Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource or Business Administration or a related field

 

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in large organisations. Prior work experience in healthcare industry experience will be an advantage

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred

 

  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking systems   
  • Meticulous, with strong planning, analytical and communication skills
  • A team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and able to think critically and creatively
