Executive, Health Information Management Services

Reporting to the Manager, you will assist in the planning and overseeing the daily operations and management of staffs under Clinical Information Services, Scanning Unit, Patient Biodata Merge Unit and Statistics & Services Unit.  You will ensure that work processes meet the operational efficiency and service quality objectives as well as monitor the monthly key performance indicators and identify opportunities to seek improvements.

In addition, you will be involved in the preparation and presentation of periodical statistics reports, facilitate audit requests and also process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong leadership and people management skills
• Good team player, able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast paced & dynamic working environment
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
