Executive, Talent Development
Reporting to the Assistant Director, HR Talent Development, you will assist to manage and execute learning plans, initiatives and systems that will support the organisation’s learning and development.
You will assist to conduct programmes and review the effectiveness of the programmes. You will source, evaluate and recommend training vendors, and review the effectiveness and quality of the training delivery and services. You will also consolidate and review specific department learning plans for overall compilation of the Total Learning Plan.
You will oversee and administer new course requests for conferences and courses. These include seeking approvals, liaising with department coordinators and staff on their training requests, monitoring of training budget, application of training grant, processing and monitoring payment, and capturing of training records.
You will support the formulation of department learning plans. You will review and update training guidelines, policies and procedures as well as provide support in hospital level audits, training accreditation and awards. In addition, you will facilitate employee orientation and engagement programmes.
You need to be meticulous and proactive, able to work independently and enjoy handling administrative work. You will also need to possess strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRD, HRM, Business Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 6 years’ experience in learning/training and development.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good project management skills.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Experienced in classroom facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff.
- Prior working experience in administering of SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
