Manager

Job Description

You will manage the daily operations and ambulatory services of a designated group of clinics.  Your operational responsibilities include various forms of budgeting and reporting, management of staff issues, ensuring the maintenance of facilities and equipment, and process improvement.  You will need to plan, implement projects under your care and work closely with clinical drivers.  You will lead and assume overall accountability of the clinics under your charge, and ensure that they function smoothly and seamlessly, contributing towards achieving our Vision and Mission. 

Job Requirements

• Degree with at least 8 years’ working experience. Those who possess prior experience in healthcare settings and/or ambulatory services will have an added advantage.
• Able to manage process/service improvement initiatives and possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented, customer focused and have a track record of good service performance.
• A team player with pleasant disposition.
• This is a Contract position.
