Patient Service Associate (Central Appointments)

Job Description

You will manage incoming calls from the public and other hospitals and clinics. You will provide excellent service to our callers and assist them with the scheduling of appointments and the handling of appointment-related enquiries. Workplace is located at Jalan Bukit Merah.

Job Requirements

• At least GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification
• PC-literate
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects (to liaise with Mandarin or local dialect speaking patients) and/or possesses customer service experience from a service industry (preferably in a call centre) will be an advantage
• Willing to travel to Jalan Bukit Merah
