Patient Service Associate (Operating Theatre Services)

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager. You need to ensure timely and accurate data entry of patients' billing. In addition, you are also required to provide financial counselling to patients.

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'N' Levels
• A team player with excellent customer service
• Able to work staggered office hours including weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
