Senior Executive, Allied Health

You will support the Manager / Team Lead in the day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative functions of the KidSTART Multi-Disciplinary Team. Working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community partners, you will ensure smooth programme execution, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous process improvements.

 

Some of your key responsibilities include developing & preparing management reports, dashboards, and data analyses to inform decision-making. You will manage stakeholder engagement by building relationships with internal departments, external partners, and community agencies, while handling feedback professionally. As the primary administrative point of contact, you will liaise across functions and coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with organisational policies and procedures.

 

In addition, you will oversee staff onboarding processes, including administrative orientation for new hires, and coordinate with HR, Facilities, Finance, and IT teams to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary resources and system accesses. You will also provide secretariat support to the Manager / Team Lead by organising meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to support effective team operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in healthcare or community care settings is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process improvement and/or operations management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access), with the ability to work with large datasets and derive insights from statistical information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations
  • Demonstrates tact, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
  • A team player with resilience, initiative, and a positive working attitude
  • Part‑time contract role until 31 March 2027, with the possibility of conversion to full‑time weekly hours role
