Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be part of the Patient Relations and Feedback team working closely with clinicians and administrators. You will be responsible for managing both clinical and non-clinical feedback which includes conducting investigations, facilitating family conferences and hospital reviews, drafting reply letters and liaising with the hospital’s lawyers on medico-legal issues. In addition, there will be opportunities for you to support other OPE functions (i.e data analytics, service innovation, training) and hospital initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Relevant working experience in a healthcare institution is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
- A pleasant disposition with mature personality
- An independent and proactive team player who is meticulous and able to multi-task
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
