Senior Executive (AHS Management)

You will assist the Manager/Team Lead in the management of assigned outpatient clinics/centres/programmes including overseeing the day-to-day operations, improving work processes, managing staff, achieving customer service targets and implementing quality improvement initiatives.  You will work in partnership with Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and other support staff to achieve these goals.

 

In addition, you are responsible for promoting positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders through feedback management and service recoveries.  You will also prepare management reports and use data analytics to enable the clinics/centres to provide better patient care and services.

 

You will be working closely with the management of Allied Health Office/Division by providing administrative support and be involved in the implementation of selected projects related to wellness, education & professional development, governance, safety & research, digitalization, innovation, technology & transformation and reporting of wait times, patients’ experience and various quality/improvement projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 2 years’ working experience.  Those who possess prior experience in healthcare settings will have an added advantage
  • Able to manage process/service improvement initiatives and possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in data analysis tools (MS Access, Microsoft Excel) and statistical applications such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, and in managing large databases, and strong in biostatistics and analytics would be preferred.
  • Good command of English with strong capability in writing, formatting and generating summary, statistical and presentation reports.
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential materials / information.
  • Possess strong analytical, coordinating, multi-tasking and facilitation skills.
  • Resilient, able to work independently and also as a team player, with a pleasant disposition
  • Possess good organization and time management skills.
  • Part‑time contract role with a possibility of conversion to full‑time weekly hours
