Senior / Executive (Division of Nursing)

You will be part of a dynamic nursing team.  You will be responsible in planning and implementing initiatives to improve patient centric services and operational efficiency.  You will work closely with Directors, Nurse Managers/Clinicians and other stakeholders in identifying service gaps, driving and facilitating improvement projects.  You will also assist in organising events for the division.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holders with 8 years of working experience in any discipline (Preferably with related working experience in healthcare industry)
• Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A team-player who can work independently
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
