Senior Manager (Operating Theatre Services)

Job Responsibilities

You will work with multi-disciplinary team to ensure smooth running of operations and provide statistical support for Operating Theatre (OT) Services. You will oversee and manage OT scheduling, utilisation, surgery listing, OT charges / billings, admission, financial counselling and projects in OT Services. You will provide supervision, coaching and training to a team of Patient Service Associates. In addition, you will be involved in committees and workgroups.

Job Requirements

• A recognised degree with at least 8 years’ of working experience (with at least 2 yrs of managerial/supervisory experience)
• Relevant work experience in healthcare will be an advantage
