Senior/Executive (Allied Health Office/Division)

You will be required to support the administrative and operational developments in the Allied Health Office and Division, in the following areas:

  1. Service Operations & Performance (SOP)
  2. Wellness, Education & Professional Development (WEPD)
  3. Governance, Safety & Research Unit (GoSafeR)
  4. Care Transition & Programme Development (CTPD)

 

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Track, monitor and review operations, clinical and research initiatives in the division.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, assist in data entry and analysis.
  • Collate and follow up of any Allied Health CPAs (Collaborative Practice Agreements).
  • Support audits and ensure audit compliance.
  • Facilitate research and educational activities and other educational events organized by the Allied Health Office such as webinars, conferences and professional trainings.
  • Disseminate relevant information from incoming/outgoing mails.
  • You will need to work closely with Allied Health leads and relevant healthcare professionals in supporting Allied Health Office and Division initiatives.

 

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Degree with at least 2 years’ working experience. Those who possess prior experience in healthcare settings will have an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical, coordinating, multi-tasking and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage process and service improvement initiatives.
  • Competency in data analysis tools (such as MS Access and Microsoft Excel), statistical applications (such as SPSS, STATA and SAS), managing large databases, and strong in biostatistics and analytics would be preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills to engage and communicate effectively, with good organization skills and time management.
  • Good command of English with strong capability in writing, formatting and generating summary, statistical and presentation reports.
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential materials/ information.
  • A disposition that is resilient, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
