You will lead the transformation of our clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient care. This strategic leadership position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across seven specialty clinics whilst optimising both patient experience and operational effectiveness.

 

Working closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, you'll oversee day-to-day specialist outpatient clinic operations, lead a team of clinic managers, and spearhead the implementation of innovative services and process improvements that make a real difference to patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
•    Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Engineering
•    Minimum 10 years operations management experience, with at least 6 years in healthcare outpatient settings
•    Proven track record leading process improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects
•    Experience in staff deployment planning, resource optimisation, and managing teams of managers
