Assistant Manager, Finance

You will assist to oversee the finance functions of the NCCS and be responsible for the NCCS Research Fund. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Perform month end closing of the NCCS and NCC Research Fund Accounts
· Review and maintain the General Ledger accounts
· Perform and reconcile Inter-hospital billing
· Prepare quarterly GST statements for review and submission
· Prepare cashflow projections, propose payment schedules and manage treasury matters for NCCS
· Handle bank related matters
· Work with Finance Shared Services colleagues on payment related matters
You will also manage a small team performing review of purchase requisitions and management of fixed assets.
Job Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Meticulous, organized and able to work well with tight deadlines
- Independent individual with the ability to multi-task and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
