About the Role
You will be part of the Human Resources Department and will serve as a key operational role responsible for ensuring efficient administration of employee leave management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with NCCS’s policies and Singapore employment legislation while delivering excellent service to all staff. You will coordinate with vendors on system enhancements, manage policy updates, and resolve staff inquiries to maintain seamless HR operations across the Centre.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end administration of all types of leave applications, ensuring that they are in line with the relevant policies and legislation
- Support in the submission of work injury incidents to MOM and submission of documents for insurance claims
- Support in updating HR policies and procedures to ensure accurate management information and current policy documentation
- Handle staff enquiries, coordinate with internal departments and manage vendor relationships
- Generate name lists for staff cards and monitor replies from staff to ensure all enquiries are addressed correctly and promptly
- Coordinate with vendors on system issues, conduct User Acceptance Testing and document system processes
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in leave and/or benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and benefits regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
- Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management abilities and strong communication skills
- Proactive and independent worker who is adaptable to fast-paced environment and technology savvy
