About the Role
The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is seeking a dynamic professional to work closely with the Assistant Director at the Division of Community Outreach and Philanthropy to develop and execute digital, GIRO and mass fundraising strategies for the NCCS Cancer Fund and Research Fund. You will need to have a strong understanding of current marketing tools, strategies and trends to be able to lead integrated digital and through the line marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will further develop corporate partnerships for in-kind sponsorship of goods and services for NCCS activities and events. The overall giving campaign management to increase donor giving and engagement will include efforts to retain and increase staff giving.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, oversee third-party giving platforms, and oversee annual giving events including Run for Hope.
- Keep up-to-date on digital platform requirements
- Prepare campaign set-up materials and see to timely closure of campaign after fundraising period
- Develop and deploy an integrated online, offline and partnership strategy to acquire, convert and engage new and existing donors
- Drive digital fundraising activities to promote Campaign Priorities and Seasonal Fundraising Initiatives on digital platforms
- Oversee Annual Giving and events to develop a large scale, pledged-based fundraising event
- Manage Run for Hope project
- Expand corporate partnerships to increase in-kind sponsorship
- Increase donor giving and engagement include staff giving
- Prepare management reports and budgets as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Recognised university degree with min. 5 years of fundraising and/or online marketing experience in search engine optimisation/marketing, database management, website analytical tools
- Experience working with leaders in the medical, academic and other professional fields is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage donors and volunteers
- Analytical mind with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective branding and fundraising strategies
- Ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
