You will be part of the HR partner team to provide wide spectrum of HR supports with primary focus on recruitment, performance management, employee relations and exit management. You also play an important role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with Employment Act and any other employment laws and regulations. You will also be involved in adhoc projects/assignments. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support recruitment and off-boarding processes for assigned job groups, such as schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, arrange pre-employment medical checkups and new hire data entry and certificate verification, exit clearance and p-file maintainance
  • Support employment contract renewal, re-employment, confirmation administrations
  • Support employee transitions data entry
  • WP/ S pass administration
  • Other duties and projects assigned by the manager

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Human Resource Administration or related field
  • Mins. 3 years of HR working experience in healthcare environment preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to relate well with people at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act 
  • An excellent team player, resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience of SuccessFactors will be advantageous
  • Fresh gratudates with good attitude will be considered as well
