About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations Support Services, you will direct, coordinate and manage the scaling up of operations in the new NCCS. This includes, but not limited to, planning activities such as designing new workflows and systems to create a minimum-hassle, seamless experience for patients, developing and implementing new technologies to support all functions across the support service departments.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage and scale up the General Services, Security, Housekeeping, PABX, Health Information Management Services, Audio-Visual, Retail Services and Ambulance Transport, Shuttle services and Crisis Planning & Operations in the new building.

•    Build up the strategic operations capability through planning, organizing and implementation of policies and guidelines; as well as workflows and work instructions in the following areas.
-    Operations Management
-    Crisis Planning & Operations
-    Security Services
-    AV & Retail Services
-    Biomedical Medical Engineering
-    Heath Information Management Services 

•    Monitor, analyse gaps and identify areas of improvement on key performance indicators.  

•    Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and budgeting to support the organization's operational functions. 

Job Requirements

•    Recognised Degree
•    Has at least 14 years relevant working experience, of which at least 8 years in healthcare operations
•    Good track record in leading and implementing complex projects or strategic procurement
•    Excellent team player yet with strong individual focus
•    Strong interpersonal and communications skills
•    Highly analytical and strategic mindset
•    Microsoft Office
