About the Role

 

You will be part of the Operations Support Services department to develop programmes to maintain buildings, creating preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that the systems and equipment are being operated safely and efficiently. You will manage work plans, review performance targets and liaise with project consultants, contractors and respective government authorities in the implementation of construction projects and facilities improvement works.

You will lead a team to manage facilities service requests, track and coordinate with stakeholders and departments to perform preventive maintenance or repair breakdowns. You will also be required to generate and analyse reports and to assist in other routine facility maintenance related projects or assignments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Develops programmes to maintain building, equipment and ground systems

·        Develops and directs programmes to operate facilities and systems in a safe and efficient manner

·        Provides technical assistance to administrators and staff in defining and evaluating Engineering requirements

·        Monitors work plans to support Hospital’s mission and quality commitments

·        Co-ordinates construction with contractors, architects, engineers and appropriate authorities

·        Monitors contracted services for repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure cost effectiveness

 

Job Requirements

 

·        Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 4 years’ experience

·        Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Robotic implementation with relevant experience in interior design and space planning

·        Meticulous with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

·  Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office
