About the Role
You will be part of the Operations Support Services department to develop programmes to maintain buildings, create preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that the systems and equipment are being operated safely and efficiently to support patient care services. You will manage work plans, review performance targets and liaise with project consultants, contractors and respective government authorities in the implementation of construction projects and facilities improvement works.
You will lead a team to manage facilities service requests, generate and analyse reports, track and coordinate with stakeholders to perform preventive and corrective maintenance as well as to assist in other facility maintenance related projects or assignments.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and direct programmes to maintain building, systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide technical assistance and support to staff and defining and evaluating engineering specifications and requirements.
- Plan and coordinate project, repair and maintenance work with service vendors, contractors, as well as regulatory compliance works with government authorities and agencies.
- Monitor contracted services for repairs and maintenance to ensure cost effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil Engineering with at least 4 years’ relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil Engineering with at least 10 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge in artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, interior design and space planning would be added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
