About the Role
The Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager to strengthen NCCS’ corporate governance, harmonise processes and streamline workflow, and develop capability and skillsets to support the institution’s efforts in ensuring compliance on the licensing of medical services, Personal Data Protection, and contracts management for the non-research areas.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Work closely with different stakeholders to establish licensing processes and requirements of the medical services and obtain timely MOH licensing by ensuring compliance with the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) Regulations
- Review and conduct risk assessment of Company policies, procedures and practices regularly to ensure that the company’s operations comply with the applicable laws and regulations including Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Provide all aspects of operational and administrative support to the Data Protection Office from coordinating of audits, investigations, relevant trainings to incidents review and developing of potential risk mitigation plans, etc.
- Support the Document Control Office in all related activities including organising learning sessions to educate stakeholders on the company’s Docupedia webpage
- Provide administrative support to meetings, project teams and new initiatives from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Team player with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind and meticulous with strong critical thinking, follow-up and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
