We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for cancer genomics, biology and radiation research to join the Precision Radiation Oncology Programme (PROP). The scope of the projects conducted under the premise of PROP includes 1) early- and late-phase clinical trials; 2) cancer genomics and data science; and 3) translational cancer and radiation biology. You will be involved in inter-departmental collaborations with oncologists, pathologists, scientists, and local and international collaborators.

You will participate in the following activities:
- Primary point of contact between Principal Investigators, lab team members and external collaborators.
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays and vacations.
- Arrange travel, hotel, dining arrangements, course and training matters including course request, flight booking and claims.
- Coordinate and set up events and meetings.
- Take meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribution.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Arrange non-staff attachments.
- Monitor clinic load and arrange clinic according to the corporate calendar.
- Assist in grant related matters (report, proposal, and other requests).
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma (for Associate Executive) / Degree (for Executive) in any field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in research/administrative setting.
- Leadership, strong initiative, good communication skills, and good memory are necessary.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical, efficient, pro-active, confident, mature personality, and must be able to work in a team.
- Responsible and passionate about oncology clinical research.
- Able to work independently and with other team members under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
