About the Role

The Organisation Planning & Performance Department is responsible for Strategic Planning and Performance Management at NCCS. As a part of the department, you will support the performance management process by helping to prepare and analyse operational data and performance information. This includes, but is not limited to workload, service quality and utilisation performance indicators.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

· Prepare and analyse performance and operational data for periodic updates to Management

and support departments with their decision making and reporting needs

· Drive performance management by monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results and assist with target setting. Work with stakeholders to analyse trends, understand challenges and develop improvement plans

· Design dashboards and reports with the aim to provide valuable insights to stakeholders

· Provide administrative support and coordination for projects that support strategic operations

Job Requirements

· Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Statistics, or relevant field

· 2-3 years of relevant working experience

· Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential

· Meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills

· Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is desirable

· Committed, proactive and a team player

· Adaptable, able to multi-task and work independently and in a team

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines
