About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Operations Support Services team to oversee our centre’s security and car park, transportation, and visitor services. As a team lead, you will manage hiring, training, and performance of team members and also foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

Security Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures. Oversee security staff training and deployment. Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations.

Transportation and Visitor Services:

Oversee ambulance fleet and shuttle bus operations. Oversee patient transport within the hospital. Manage equipment and supply movement by Porter. Optimise portering schedules and workflows.

Budget and Resource Management:

Oversee budgets for all three functions. Allocate resources effectively to maximise service quality.

Reporting and Analytics:

Analyse data and prepare reports for hospital leadership. Implement data-driven improvements across all services.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience (hospital security operations experience would be advantageous). 
  • Advantageous to possess security background (having gone through police or military background) and possess valid Security Officer License from the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department.
  • Advantageous to have proven track record in managing multiple service teams and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Advantageous to have experience in budgeting, procurement, inventory and resource management, contract management, personnel management, staff learning & development needs.
  • Strong administrative and office skills with the ability to put up management reports and approval papers including presentation materials
