About the Role

You will be part of the Organisation Planning & Performance Department and will be involved in strategic and operational planning and performance review processes. This includes, but is not limited to, Balanced Scorecard KPI reporting, analysis and target setting, as well as providing secretariat support for Management meetings and work plans. You will also provide general administrative support.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

• Participate in work planning and strategic planning exercises, providing support to NCCS Senior Management in developing strategies and work plans for NCCS
• Prepare and analyse performance and operational data, including Balanced Scorecard indicators, for periodic updates to Management
• Prepare and analyse performance and operational data to support departments with their decision making and reporting needs
• Provide administrative and secretariat support for Management meetings and coordination for projects that support strategic operations
• Participate in institution-wide NCCS committees as required
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Economics, Healthcare Management, Science, or relevant field
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a strategy, planning or business analysis role
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
• Meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is desirable
• Committed, proactive and a team player
• Adaptable, able to multi-task and work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines
