About the Role

The Organisation Planning & Performance Department is responsible for Strategic Planning and Performance Management at NCCS.  As a part of the department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the strategic planning and balanced scorecard system.  This includes but is not limited to in-depth strategic research and analysis, development and refinement of key performance indicators, qualitative and quantitative strategy assessments to support Senior Management decision making.

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Contribute actively to the corporate planning process, and provide support to senior management in developing strategies and work plans for NCCS
  • Drive strategy and performance management by assisting with the development and progress tracking of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as target setting.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for senior management meetings and retreats, and coordination for projects that support strategic operations

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, Political Science, or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a strategy, planning or policy role
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
  • Meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Committed, proactive and a team player
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task and work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines
