About the Role
As a Healthcare Attendant, you will provide quality patient/staff service and care delivery by providing inter-departmental transportation to the patient(s)/staff.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide portering services for patients to and from the admitting wards/specialist clinics
- Assists in the reception of patients as well as the collection and delivering of documents to and from relevant departments
- Maintains cleanliness and efficient use of equipment
- Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination certificate
- Relevant experience in Customer Service would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, a team player and has the ability to multitask under fast-paced environment
