About the Role

 

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will support the department in shaping, developing and operationalizing both NCCS' local and cross-border institutional partnerships strategy. The role combines strategic analysis and planning with end-to-end operational execution, transforming partnerships from coordination-based engagements into a strategic ecosystem that delivers measurable clinical, research, and organizational outcomes. You will synthesize complex, multi-source data to facilitate structuring of multi-layered projects and deliver actionable recommendations in both defined and ambiguous situations.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a structured, data-driven partnership matrix to assess and prioritise NCCS' existing and prospective partnerships, and deliver a clear strategic roadmap to optimise and deepen engagement
  • Manage end-to-end execution of partnership engagements including visits, meetings and joint activities, anticipating risks and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Design and implement partnership operating models, governance frameworks, and KPI dashboards to ensure accountability and business continuity
  • Lead strategic projects that address institutional priorities through structured analysis, clear problem definition, and well-reasoned, data-driven recommendations
  • Develop robust business cases for new initiatives and service models, incorporating financial and operational considerations
  • Enable effective senior leadership decision-making by developing decision frameworks and delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations with options and trade-offs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and influence outcomes

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or related field; experience in oncology or specialty healthcare settings preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and managing cross-border strategic partnerships, preferably with insurance companies or payers
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with excellent project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity for international stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background in healthcare consulting, PMP certification, or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
  • Intellectually curious, independent, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for innovative problem-solving
