About the Role
You will manage the preparedness and play an integral role in planning and handling the various types of Crisis (e.g. Civil Emergency (CE) activation, Disease Outbreak (DO) and management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Centre. In addition, you will develop strategies and plan, formulate policies and guidelines to review the CE SOP’s and response measures, as well as implement and integrate various operational and medical response measures consistently in the campus.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead the implementation of integrated emergency responses in a coherent manner during crises.
- Implement and integrate various operational and medical response measures consistently across SGH Campus Institutions.
- Command and allocate resources from business units to ensure optimal allocation to various response areas, ramping up and management of emergency readiness and response requirements; as well as for training and exercises
- Plan and coordinate exercises and training
- Monitor and review the implementation of response measures to ensure their adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Healthcare, preferably in operations management/crisis planning/disease outbreak management
- At least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Meticulous with good writing and presentation skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and team player
