About the Role
As a member of the NCCS Population Health Steering Committee, you will play a key role in formulating and implementing tailored strategies to improve cancer patients’ outcomes that align with the national initiative (Healthier SG) of transforming healthcare in Singapore. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and development of the NCCS Population Health strategy, programmes and evaluation activities. Using strong leadership and management skills, you will lead a team to establish strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders across healthcare institutions, community partners and agencies to implement programmes that drive Population Health.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Plan and develop strategy to identify the needs of cancer patients, family members including care providers and community partners, ensuring that they align with the cluster-level and national-level strategies
- Partner with multiple stakeholders such as clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions, community partners and government agencies to develop programmes that drive Population Health
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure optimal operational efficiency of the Population Health programmes
- Implement programme evaluation activities including quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and writing of reports to monitor progress of the programmes and key performance indicators
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with 8 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Industry/Voluntary Welfare Organisation or strategic planning will be preferred
- Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies, data analysis and writing of manuscripts / report will be an added advantage
- Meticulous with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to build influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, interpersonal and verbal and written communications, with ability to work with ambiguity and agility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
