About the Role

The Department of Psychosocial Oncology offers a caring environment and a range of services to support patients and their loved ones manage living with cancer. As an Senior/Medical Social Worker, you must  have a strong interest in working with cancer patients and their families and work well in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide counselling, social work support, care coordination and practical assistance to patients.
  • Participate structured learning and training, apply creativity in the application of clinical skills.

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Social Work and a registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers
  • 2 years relevant experiences. Able to manage and meet deadline of cases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to handle dialect speaking patients
  • Organised and meticulous.
  • Good team player
